Hey there, New York City! Even though we’re far too old and the summer will be winding down by mid-September, are you ready to go to camp?! Radio City Music Hall, located right here in the heart of New York City and Rockefeller Center, is so excited to welcome CAAMP to the stage on September 12th for their (Live & In-Concert) 2025 Tour run across America. Featuring twenty five dates all across the country - we here in NYC have the special opportunity of seeing the boys as they conclude their tour. Primed, tanned from the summer, and honed to give us the perfect show after a long and fun bull run of discovering themselves while on the road and engaging only with the music and the fans.
If you haven’t heard of CAAMP, I'm sure you have but just didn’t realize it was their drifty and lo-fi music playing in the background of your movie moments and backroads drives while road tripping through America. The band is composed of four members - Evan Westfall, Taylor Meier, Matt Vinson, and Joseph Kavalec. The band began while bandmates and childhood friends Evan and Taylor met in summer camp during middle school in Ohio, and their sound developed throughout their college years.
They have been releasing music to the world since 2016, and have four albums on the books so far. And if you’ve been following their career, it seems like every year they get bigger and bigger. Appearing on Billboard’s Emerging Artist list back in 2019, playing at Austin City Limits the same year, and being featured on Barack Obama’s Summer Playlist a few times along the way. They’ve worked with musical legends like Paris Jackson and The Coal Miners, and their most recent EP Somewhere has seen their songs chart up and down Billboard and was met with great critical acclaim. We can only pray they have a full album in store for us before the tour, with some vibes that can transport us right back to summer camp even in the middle of New York City.
